Terms of Service
GENERAL TERMS-By commissioning me you agree to all the terms of service that aren't and will not be negotiable-i have the right to refuse a commission even if it doesn't violate any of the terms-the commission can take from few days to MAX 2 weeks depending on school work-DO NOT use my artwork for commercial use UNLESS stated differently at the beginning of the commission process-crediting is optional but welcome-You do not own any rights to the artwork after a refund is done,it does not belong to you and you cannot use it in any way shape or form-if there's something i haven't stated in the terms/ will and will not draw that you're unsure about feel free to dm me
PAYMENT
-full payment must be sent before i begin the comission
-The payment must be sent through stripe or through Ko-fi.
-Base price can change depending on the detail in the character/artwork in general
-other forms of payment are only available for Polish citizens
I WILL DRAW
-real people (with references/descriptions)
-humanoid characters (aliens, , monsters,people with animal traits like cat ears)
-blood/minor injuries
-characters from shows/games
- simple/not complicated backgrounds
-characters of all ages
I WILL NOT DRAW
-nsfw of any kind
-Furries and mecha (im bad at this)
-super masculine characters
-offensive material
-works for NFT use
-gore
USAGE-I retain the copyright to each image I create unless our contract specifies otherwise.
-Commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc) of commissioned pieces is not permitted unless stated differently before hand
-Profiting from my work without explicit written permission is prohibited and illegal.
